This test is used to recognise resistance to Imatinib doses in patients who have chronic myeloid leukemia.
This is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It is employed in the therapy of leukemias. It is a drug used in the cure of chronic myeloid leukemias.
It is seen in patients having doses of imatinib during chronic myeloid leukemia. It occurs due to point mutation seen in the ABL-1 kinase of BCR-ABL1. It interferes with the binding of BCR- ABL molecules.
