Refund and Cancellation Policy

 Ganesh Diagnostic

Ganesh Diagnostic and Imaging Center emphasizes on its refund policy and declares that if any amount is deposited for services, which includes tests and scans.  If it is not performed or cancelled within 24 hours post booking the Test date, appropriate refunds would be made*. It is important to understand that an individual is eligible for a full refund, if multiple bookings have been done due to any system error or if a phlebo is unavailable to collect your sample for home sample collection.

All the credit of refund amount is to be sent back to the patient with 15 days via NEFT or RTGS, Cheque and Payment Gateway Methods. 

However, if you have deposited an amount for the scans done at our Nuclear Medicine Department, the dedications would be made before the refund is transferred. This is done, as special Biomolecules are ordered for patients on an individual basis and last minute cancellation would incur charge to Ganesh Diagnostic in this regard. 

Ganesh Diagnostic has its own policy for the refund process for the tests and scans that have been booked beforehand. 

Please note that any advance payments that are made for PET Scans would be non-refundable in nature. For further details, please refer to the guidelines as stated below.

Refund Policy of PET-CT Scan

In case of PET CT, the medicinal doses of your PSMA/DOTA/FDG would be customized for your appointment. And since it is time sensitive in nature and gets deteriorated rapidly, we expect the patient; any cancellation would lead to full deduction. This cancellation includes either same-day cancellation or no-show and late-show of the patient at the Diagnostic Center.

Thus, it is utmost important that Ganesh Diagnostic is informed at least one day prior to the appointment date for any potential changes in your booking and appointment that has been previously scheduled. This way, we could try to delay and postpone procurement of the isotope, which would be required for your use.
