What is an X-ray Right Knee AP Lateral Standing View Test?

An X-ray of the knee joint is an imaging tool that may evaluate the alignment of the knee joint, the quality of the bone, and the degree to which degenerative changes have occurred within the knee. To obtain the patient's anterior-posterior (AP) and lateral (LAT) views, the X-ray beam is directed in front of the patient and then laterally away from the patient.
