X-ray Cervical Flexion & Extension Visualize the spinal column's first seven neck vertebrae (C1-C7) (backbone). It helps visualize intervertebral discs and surrounding skin and muscles. Flexion/extension x-rays identify ligament damage not visible on static Views.
