Tacrolimus Genotyping - Book Test at Low Cost

This test is done to detect the relatedness of the CYP3A5 gene and the drug action of tacrolimus. It estimates the required amount of tacrolimus in patients.

What is CYP3A5?

It is an extrahepatic form of Ns that is related to the risks of endogenous steroids.

Tacrolimus:

• Cotton is placed over the site.
• The model is sent for examination.

In the case of the Saliva Sample:

• A piece of Cotton is placed in the oral cavity, and sputum is taken.
