What Is The Procedure For NCCT Chest?

A CT machine is a tunnel-like machine where a patient lies down on a sliding bed that enters the machine like a stretcher. 

The machine revolves in a spiral pattern around the person's chest or other body part.

Thin slices of the chest are created from the images, which are taken at different angles and points on the chest.

These pictures are used to create a 3-D image of the chest in the computer system, which can then be printed or sent to the radiologist as a digital file for analysis.
