What is MSH2?

Requirement for Test

• Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues must be identified and marked on the patient's body to prevent contamination of the sample extract region.
• The patient should be made aware of the benefits and drawbacks of the test and any associated complexity in advance. The patient should be free from preconceived notions regarding the examination and sample collection process. Before the test and sample collection, clean surroundings, well-stained slides, and needles should be kept.
• The edges of the sample extraction region and the stained area should be cleaned with a very tidy and clean cotton cloth.
