ANF (Anti Nuclear Factor)

What is the Anti Nuclear Factor (ANF)? The antinuclear antibody test is done with an indirect fluorescent antibody (IFA) method to look for ANA in blood. ANAs are autoantibodies that attack the body's healthy cells and cause damage to the joints, skin, muscles, and other parts of the body, like the heart.
