AP X-Ray Wrist Viewing assists in visualizing the wrist. The wrist is formed by the forearm bones (radius and ulna) and eight tiny wrist bones (carpal bones). It is advised in the event of foot symptoms such as pain, soreness, and swelling.

For the AP (Antero-Posterior) view, the patient is positioned in front of the X-ray beam.
