Use

• PCR:  Using the Truelab Uno Machine PCR method, even the smallest amounts of the DNA that could be amplified for further purposes. For example, it is been seen to amplify the smallest trace of the infectious bacterium or the virus from the biological specimen.
• Real-Time PCR: The Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction involves simultaneously amplifying and detecting target DNA during every cycle, thus it is also able to generate accurate information about any presence of target DNA and its quantity in each of the reactions, thus removing any need to analyze post-PCR product separately.
