It’s an advanced analyzer that is used for Complete Hemostasis. This is a four-channel coagulation analyzer that would redefine the benefits in its class.

It has test principles that include, clotting with scattered light at 640nm, Chromogenic colorimetry at 405 nm, and Immuno-turbidimetric at 800nm.

Strength

• It has an independent storage allocation in an instrument memory for the Quality Control (QC) and for the patient determinations.
• There are up to a 12 different control names in total, which could be assigned to any particular given assay.
• There are 4 channel semi-automated and Hemostasis instrument.
• The Cuvette and the reagent management software are present.
• The Sample id could be in 14 digits alphanumeric, with the progressive id or the custom id options.
• It is said to have an Interactive Screen Interface.
• The Temperature stability is at 37 degree Celsius to further perform the tests.

Use

• The Clotting Tests such as the PT, aPTT, and the Fibrinogen, or Thrombin time, Lupus anticoagulant, and Protein S could be performed using the Light scatter principle.
• The ECL 412 also has the uses that are in the various routine IVD labs for doing the routine PT and the aPTT
• It also has applications in the Blood Banks and for the Quality Control of the Fibrinogen and the Factor VIII.
• In order to have a second row of an assay preparation/incubation during the analysis of current line, using the preparation line is an option.
